Every return initiated within 30 days of delivery includes a free prepaid return shipping label, with no restocking fees. Our team is happy to help with fit questions, installation guidance, or exchanges to ensure you get the right product for your vehicle.

Please do not return items to the original shipping carrier or fulfillment center. All returns must be sent to our California hub.

FREE EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item purchased, please contact our Customer Service Department directly at (800) 799-5165. They will check the availability of the replacement item requested by you and further explain the steps needed to make the exchange.

Merchandise that is exchangeable can be returned by mailing to the address mentioned above. There are no additional fees for an exchange. Once the original item is received, the replacement merchandise will arrive to you within 2-3 business days.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

All return labels are sent via email in PDF file format, service provider will be FedEx/UPS unless otherwise stated.
Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

We make shipping simple! All items on Coverland.com are shipped from our warehouse in California. Orders placed before 11am PT will ship on the same day, from Tuesday-Saturday. Weekend orders placed after 11am PT on Saturday will ship on Monday. Orders placed on Monday will ship on Tuesday.

Once shipped, packages will normally be delivered within 1-5 business days based on your location.

We primarily ship with FedEx/UPS for fast, reliable service. In some cases, USPS may be used for certain U.S. destinations.

Orders of $75 or more going to the Contiguous United States ship free. For orders under $75, shipping rates are based on your destination zip code and city, and are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We are currently offering international orders for Canada only.
