Welcome to Royal Auto Seat Covers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of our products. By using our site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Our Products — Custom-Fit Nature
Our seat covers are custom-made to fit a specific vehicle make, model, year, and trim. Each set is produced to order based on the vehicle details you provide at checkout. Because of this, it is your responsibility to confirm that your vehicle information is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect vehicle details.
3. Color, Material, and Appearance Variations
Product photos are for illustration. Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or material finish are normal characteristics of the product and your screen settings, and are not considered defects. A natural break-in period after installation is also normal and is not grounds for a return.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders where pricing or product information was listed in error. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Orders may be changed or cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, your order enters custom production and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded, as manufacturing of your specific set has begun.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or refunded while in transit.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship from our international fulfillment center. All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by production, ocean freight, carriers, and customs. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for full details. If we are unable to ship within our stated timeframe, you may request a refund for any item that has not yet shipped, as required by applicable law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because our products are custom-made, returns are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, infringing our intellectual property, or using automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the site without our written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Royal Auto Seat Covers or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.
10. Customer Reviews and Submissions

You confirm that your submission is truthful and based on your genuine experience, and that you have the right to share it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Auto Seat Covers and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.

15. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Class Action Waiver

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
