Refund policy

At Royal Auto, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us. If you have an issue with your order, our support team will review your case and help find a fair solution based on the condition of the product and the details of your request.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your final item is delivered. To request a return, please contact us at info@royalseatcovers.com before sending anything back.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition received
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, straps, clips, and parts
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a confirmed defective product.

Original shipping costs, freight fees, and handling fees are non-refundable. If the order received free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

All approved returns must be shipped with a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address by the return carrier.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product type, condition, packaging, and reason for return. The restocking fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, handling, and restocking costs.

Return Approval Required

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval, without an RMA number, or to the wrong address may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.

If your return is approved, we will email you an RMA number and return instructions. The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • We may refuse returns or reduce the refund amount if the item is:
  • Used, installed, altered, washed, damaged, or missing parts
  • Returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Returned with stains, odors, pet hair, dirt, or visible wear
  • Sent back after the 30-day return window
  • Sent back without approval or to an incorrect address
  • Custom-Fit & Vehicle-Specific Products

Some Royal Auto products are custom-fit, vehicle-specific, or prepared based on the vehicle information selected at checkout. Because of this, please review your vehicle year, make, model, trim, and product options carefully before placing your order.

Fitment Issues

Clear photos or videos showing the fitment issue

Photos of the product label and packaging if available

Our team will review the information and help determine the best solution. Depending on the case, we may offer fitment guidance, replacement parts, exchange support, or another reasonable solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Photos of the shipping box and label
  • A short description of the problem
  • We will review your case and work to make it right.

Warranty Coverage

Royal Auto products may include warranty coverage against manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover normal wear and tear.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal aging, fading, creasing, or wear from regular use
  • Damage caused by improper installation or removal
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, pets, sharp objects, chemicals, cleaning products, or extreme conditions
  • Damage caused by using the product on an incompatible vehicle or incorrect fitment selection
  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect product function

Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by the customer or a third party

To request warranty support, please contact us at info@royalseatcovers.com with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a short explanation of what happened.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
