Overview
Royal Auto ("we," "us," "our") warrants that your Magnetic Vacuum Car Phone Mount will be free from defects in materials, hardware, and workmanship under normal personal-vehicle use for one (1) year from the date your order is delivered. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and requires valid proof of purchase (your order number).
What this warranty covers
We cover genuine manufacturing defects, such as:
- The suction base, magnet, ball joint, or arm failing under normal use
- Hardware or moving parts that break without an external cause
- Faulty assembly or workmanship
A "manufacturing defect" means a fault in how the product was made — not damage caused by use, the mounting surface, the environment, or installation.
What this warranty does not cover
- Reduced suction or magnetic hold caused by the mounting surface (textured, curved, leather, or soft surfaces), dust, dirt, oils, heat, cold, or failure to clean and prepare the surface
- Insufficient hold caused by heavy phones, thick or bulky cases, or not using the included metal plate or a compatible setup
- Any damage to phones, devices, the vehicle, or other property arising from the phone or the mount falling, or from the use, installation, or failure of the product
- Damage from drops, misuse, accidents, sharp objects, disassembly, or modification
- Damage to the dashboard, windshield, or vehicle surface from the mount or any adhesive
- Normal loosening that can be corrected by re-tightening or re-securing
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect the function of the product
- Use in commercial, rideshare, fleet, or other high-frequency settings
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, or claims without proof of purchase
Conditions you must meet
To keep this warranty valid, you must: be the original purchaser and provide your order number; clean and prepare a suitable mounting surface and install the mount according to the included guide; use the included metal plate where required; confirm your phone is securely held before driving and check it periodically; and report the issue within the 1-year period.
How to file a claim
- Email with your order number.
- Include clear photos or a short video of the defect, plus a brief description.
- Our team will review your claim, usually within a few business days, and may request more information or that the item be returned for inspection.
Our remedy
If your claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion, repair the item, replace the affected part, or replace the mount. Any repaired or replaced item is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period, not a new one. Repair or replacement is your sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty does not cover cash refunds, installation or labor costs, or any loss of use. Our total liability under this warranty will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
Legal
This is a Limited Warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty, and we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
