SEAT COVERS - 5 Year Limited Warranty

Overview
Royal Auto Seat Covers ("we," "us," "our") warrants that your custom-fit seat covers will be free from defects in materials, stitching, and workmanship under normal personal-vehicle use for five (5) years from the date your order is delivered. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and requires valid proof of purchase (your order number).

What this warranty covers
We cover genuine manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Seams or stitching that come apart under normal use
  • Material that splits, peels, or tears without an external cause
  • Straps, hooks, clips, or zippers that fail under normal use

A "manufacturing defect" means a fault in how the product was made — not damage caused by use, the environment, or installation.

What this warranty does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual softening, creasing, sheen, or surface marks from everyday use
  • Fading, discoloration, or cracking caused by sunlight, heat, or aging
  • Minor variation in color, grain, texture, or pattern, which is a natural characteristic of the material and not a defect
  • The normal break-in period, during which the covers settle and conform to the seat
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, spills, stains, odors, pets, claws, sharp objects, or improper cleaning or chemicals
  • Improper installation, or stretching and forcing the covers during installation
  • Covers that do not fit because an incorrect vehicle make, model, year, or trim was provided at checkout
  • Modified or altered products
  • Use in commercial, rideshare, fleet, or other high-frequency settings
  • Damage from acts of nature or any event beyond normal use
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect the function of the product
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, or claims without proof of purchase

Conditions you must meet
To keep this warranty valid, you must: be the original purchaser and provide your order number; install and use the covers according to our installation guide; maintain them with normal, appropriate care; and report the issue within the 5-year period.

How to file a claim

  1. Email info@royalseatcovers.com with your order number.
  2. Include clear photos or a short video of the defect, plus a brief description.
  3. Our team will review your claim, usually within a few business days, and may request more information or that the item be returned for inspection.

Our remedy
If your claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion, repair the item, replace the affected part, or replace the set. Any repaired or replaced item is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period, not a new one. Repair or replacement is your sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty does not cover cash refunds, installation or labor costs, or any loss of use. Our total liability under this warranty will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Legal
This is a Limited Warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty, and we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
