WATERPROOF CAR COVER - 3 Year Limited Warranty

Overview
Royal Auto ("we," "us," "our") warrants that your car cover will be free from defects in materials, seams, stitching, and workmanship under normal personal-vehicle use for three (3) years from the date your order is delivered. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and requires valid proof of purchase (your order number).

What this warranty covers
We cover genuine manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Seams or stitching that come apart under normal use
  • Fabric that splits or tears without an external cause
  • Premature failure of the protective coating, straps, buckles, grommets, elastic hem, or zipper under normal use

A "manufacturing defect" means a fault in how the product was made — not damage caused by use, weather, the vehicle, or installation.

What this warranty does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear, gradual thinning, or abrasion from everyday use
  • Fading, discoloration, or chalking from prolonged sun and UV exposure (a natural result of outdoor use over time)
  • Gradual reduction in water resistance from age, abrasion, or improper care
  • Water entry during extreme weather (heavy storms, flooding, submersion), condensation, or from covering a wet vehicle
  • Mold, mildew, or odor caused by covering a damp vehicle, poor ventilation, or storing the cover while wet
  • The cover coming loose, blowing off, or tearing when it is not properly secured, and any wind-related damage
  • Damage to the vehicle's paint, finish, glass, or trim — including scratches or abrasion (often from dust or grit trapped between the cover and the vehicle) and any moisture trapped underneath
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, sharp objects, hail, falling branches or objects, or fire
  • A cover that does not fit because the wrong size or vehicle type was selected
  • Improper installation or securing, or modified and altered products
  • Use in commercial, fleet, or other abnormal settings
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect the function of the product
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, or claims without proof of purchase

Conditions you must meet
To keep this warranty valid, you must: be the original purchaser and provide your order number; select the correct size and secure the cover according to the included guide; only cover a clean, dry vehicle and allow proper ventilation; store the cover dry; and report the issue within the 3-year period.

How to file a claim

  1. Email info@royalseatcovers.com with your order number.
  2. Include clear photos or a short video of the defect, plus a brief description.
  3. Our team will review your claim, usually within a few business days, and may request more information or that the item be returned for inspection.

Our remedy
If your claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion, repair the item, replace the affected part, or replace the cover. Any repaired or replaced item is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period, not a new one. Repair or replacement is your sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty does not cover cash refunds, installation or labor costs, or any loss of use. Our total liability under this warranty will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Legal
This is a Limited Warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty, and we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
